After-sales policy

Our company promises that you can submit refund requests within 7 days after your order has been completed(subject to actual delivery time) as soon as you meet any of the following circumstances. Please negotiate with customer service staff to resolve refund issues.

1. The product can be refunded or changed within 7 days after receiving it under following circumstances:

a. Without any damage of package, accessories, free gifts or other man-made factor and guarantee it can sell again.

b. Any manufacturing defect can be found without using it.

c. Any quality problem after taking out of package.

d. Any quality problem after returning product for once.

e. Any damage of transportation in the process of checking product.

f. The product is not as same as described(Except for upgraded or simplified components parts ).

g. Buyer should take responsibility to pay delivery fees other than quality problem.

2. Our company take no responsibility to the following circumstances as below:

a. Any damage of product without requesting refund in the time of receiving it.

b. Submit refund request after receiving product over 7 days.

c. Any incomplete of package, accessories, free gifts or other man-made factor.

d. Without any legal purchasing receipt, such as, counterfeit or altered receipt.

e. Any damage of man-made modification, incorrect installation, fault operation.

f. Any damage of force majeure factor, for example, fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident.

g. Without sending refunded product within 72 hours after return confirmation.
